Grief: Coping with the Death of Loved One
When someone important to us dies, we experience many losses in our lives. We may lose companionship, love, future plans, financial resources, our confidant, mentor, or best friend, just to name a few.
This loss can create fear for our well-being, possibly financial fears, fears of loneliness, fear of life without them and many other insecurities.
A death and the grieving process may force painful decisions, domestic challenges, or shifts in responsibilities.
